How do I create an account?

Why do I need to create an account?

Having a Roarstore account is a great way to keep track of all orders placed with the Roarstore. It allows you to save your preferred contact and shipping details, making check out quick and easy.

Is this my Wests Tigers login?

No, your Roarstore login is not connected to your Wests Tigers membership account. To receive your membership discount, place the discount code at the checkout under ‘promo code and gift card’ section

I have forgotten my login details, how do I reset them?

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Once an order is placed, Wests Tigers Roarstore is unable to change the order.  If you wish to change the size of a product please contact the Wests Tigers Roarstore and if not dispatched we will endeavour to solve this for you.

However, to change the style or anything else in your order, you will need to contact the Wests Tigers Roarstore to cancel your order. You will be refunded and will need to place a new order for the products you require.

Online Gift Vouchers are a great gift for your favourite Wests Tigers fan. 

Recipients will receive the gift card straight after purchase and is ready to use. 

Wests Tigers Roarstore gift vouchers are valid from 12 months from the date of purchase.

How secure is the store? Are my details protected?

How do I redeem my membership discount?

As a Wests Tigers member you receive a 10% off merchandise from the Wests Tigers official merchandise store, Roarstore.

You can find the discount code on your annual membership letter or by emailing membership@weststigers.com.au.

The membership discount does not apply to online auctions or memorabilia. 

The membership discount can be redeemed when checking out on the Roarstore, by entering the discount in the 'promo code' section of the website. Please type in the code exactly as shown and click 'apply'. 

You can only use one discount code per transaction. 

How do I redeem my $30 merchandise voucher for being a member?

Similar to the membership discount, you can find the $30 merchandise voucher at the bottom of your annual membership letter or by emailing membership@weststigers.com.au.

The merchandise voucher does not apply to online auctions or memorabilia.

Can I use multiple promo codes on an order?

On the Roarstore, you can only redeem one discount per order. If you do enter multiple promo codes, the code that results in the biggest saving will be applied.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Through our secure payment gateway, Roarstore accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Afterpay.

Will I be charged an international transaction fee?

If shopping from overseas, please check with your bank or financial institution as to whether they will charge you an international transaction fee.

Can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with all the tracking information.

You will also be provided with a tracking number to run a trace on your parcel.


How long will delivery take?

Below is a guide of delivery times and cost for online orders.

All orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days from the time that they are placed.

Standard Australian Delivery: Up to 5 -7 business days from dispatch

International Delivery: Delivery times vary from country to country, You can track items through Australia post with the tracking number provided

What is the cost of delivery?

Spend $175 and receive free shopping within Australia!

All domestic orders under $175 will be charge a $12 standard Australia delivery fee.

Deliveries to all other counties will incur a delivery cost of $40.

Please note: postage costs guide are for standard parcels. Postage costs may increase when ordering multiple items and increased in package weight. Post code will be added to you shopping cart on checkout.


Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not been fulfilled, contact the Wests Tigers Roarstore on 02 8741 330 or email roarstore@weststigers.com.au to updated this.

Any parcels unclaimed and return to Wests Tigers Roarstore will incur an added postage cost if re-delivery is required.

If a customer incorrectly enters their address a re-delivery is required, added postage cost will incur.


Do I have to sign for my delivery?

No, all parcels are sent with Authority to Leave.

Do Wests Tigers Roarstore delivery internationally?

Wests Tigers Roarstore can ship orders internationally.

International delivery times will vary depending on the country.


What is the return policy?

Wests Tigers Roarstore will offer a 14-day refund or exchange on any product ordered online under the follow conditions:

  

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt and or order form
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with original tags attached
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition

Wests Tigers Roarstore reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.


How do I return my items?

Please follow the steps below for refunds and exchanges:

 

  1. Send your item back to our return address
  2. Include exchange details within the return.
  3. Once returned parcel is received by Wests Tigers Roarstore we will contact you to finalise your return.

Any returns and exchanges will come at the customer's expense.


My product is faulty, what can I do?

If you believe that your product has a faulty please contact the Wests Tigers Roarstore on roarstore@weststigers.com.au or 02 8741 3300. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, along with photos of the faulty item.

If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchase a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Can I return items paid for via gift card?

Yes, items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged. If the item is no longer available store credit may be reapplied for existing gift card.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be returned to the credit card the order was originally processed with. Once your returned items have been received, please allow 3-7 additional business days for the refund to process back into your account.
