However, to change the style or anything else in your order, you will need to contact the Wests Tigers Roarstore to cancel your order. You will be refunded and will need to place a new order for the products you require.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Online Gift Vouchers are a great gift for your favourite Wests Tigers fan.
Recipients will receive the gift card straight after purchase and is ready to use.
Wests Tigers Roarstore gift vouchers are valid from 12 months from the date of purchase.
How secure is the store? Are my details protected?
How do I redeem my membership discount?
You can find the discount code on your annual membership letter or by emailing email@example.com.
The membership discount does not apply to online auctions or memorabilia.
The membership discount can be redeemed when checking out on the Roarstore, by entering the discount in the 'promo code' section of the website. Please type in the code exactly as shown and click 'apply'.
You can only use one discount code per transaction.
How do I redeem my $30 merchandise voucher for being a member?

How long will delivery take?
All orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days from the time that they are placed.
Standard Australian Delivery: Up to 5 -7 business days from dispatch
International Delivery: Delivery times vary from country to country, You can track items through Australia post with the tracking number provided

What is the cost of delivery?
All domestic orders under $175 will be charge a $12 standard Australia delivery fee.
Deliveries to all other counties will incur a delivery cost of $40.
Please note: postage costs guide are for standard parcels. Postage costs may increase when ordering multiple items and increased in package weight. Post code will be added to you shopping cart on checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
Any parcels unclaimed and return to Wests Tigers Roarstore will incur an added postage cost if re-delivery is required.
If a customer incorrectly enters their address a re-delivery is required, added postage cost will incur.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?

International delivery times will vary depending on the country.
What is the return policy?
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt and or order form
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with original tags attached
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition
Wests Tigers Roarstore reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
How do I return my items?
- Send your item back to our return address
- Include exchange details within the return.
- Once returned parcel is received by Wests Tigers Roarstore we will contact you to finalise your return.
Any returns and exchanges will come at the customer's expense.
My product is faulty, what can I do?
If you believe that your product has a faulty please contact the Wests Tigers Roarstore on email@example.com or 02 8741 3300. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, along with photos of the faulty item.
If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchase a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
