Wests Tigers Roarstore will gladly refund or exchange any product ordered online under the following conditions:
- All returns or exchanges must be within 21 days of purchase (happily extended for Christmas holiday periods)
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required with all returned items
- Items must be in their original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Strictly NO exchange or refunds on items with heat press names or number/s applied
- Refunds will only be issued if product is damaged or faulty.
Wests Tigers Roarstore reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.

- Send your item back to our return address.
- Once returned parcel is received by Wests Tigers Roarstore we will contact you to finalise return.
Any returns and exchanges will come at the customer's expense.
