Most deliveries will be shipped within business hours (9am-5pm). Please choose a delivery address in which you will likely be able to take delivery of the parcel. If ordered prior to 1pm weekdays, we will endeavour to ship your order that day.

Click and Collect
Please allow 4 days to be notified that your order is ready to collect.
• Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via the email provided during checkout. The collection location for Click and Collect is 8p Gipps Street Concord NSW 2137.

Domestic - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PARCEL
Any parcels unclaimed and return to the Wests Tigers Roarstore will incur an added postage cost if redelivery is required.
If a customer incorrectly enters their address and a redelivery is required, added postage cost will incur.
